Drug Name: CIMPAT

CIMPAT DESCRIPTION:
CIMPAT is a pre-mixed, non-eugenol, temporary filling material in a paste form. It hardens in the tooth cavity under the influence of mouth temperature and moisture. It is simple to apply, adheres well to dentin, and is non-irritating to soft tissue. Due to its slight expansion during setting, Cimpat hermetically seals the cavity to help prevent seepage.

HOW TO USE CIMPAT:
For easy handling use a warm spatula when removing from the jar.

CIMPAT INDICATIONS:
CIMPAT is used for temporary restoration after endodontic treatment and temporary restoration after inlay preparation.

CIMPAT PRECAUTIONS:
Cimpat, like all fillings, remains in place only when the cavity is properly prepared. Cimpat is softened during setting by certain liquids or pastes used for canal treatment. Therefore after treatment of the canal and before filling with Cimpat, clean the sides of the cavity and allow them to dry.

CIMPAT PROPERTIES:
Adheres to the dentine, Hardens rapidly in the cavity, Expands slightly in the course of setting, and Ensures hermetic seal. Non-Eugenol – restoration can be cemented with any resin cement.

CIMPAT STORAGE:
Store at room temperature.
